'Guanabara Bay '

Through this photograph, Anita Soares finds the perfect balance between architectural and natural beauty. Visiting Niter�i's Contemporary Art Museum, Soares espies a glimpse of Guanabara Bay and its tall mastiff, Sugar Loaf Hill, framed by a fountain's sinuous contours. White sailboats dot the sea's intense blue waves while a light mist begins to take over the Bay. Soares's eye for detail leads her in the attainment of a harmonious composition, resulting in a photograph of sublime artistry. The Contemporary Art Museum was designed by celebrated architect Oscar Niemayer. Printed on Fuji paper, the photograph arrives with a recycled paper mat. Limited edition of 50 prints.
